Calculator inputs are processed locally
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your provider, resolution, generation mode, discount selection, library size, and daily video quantities are used on your device to calculate the results.
We do not upload any calculator inputs or calculated results to a server, analytics service, or model provider. Changing a value does not send a network request. There is no account, upload endpoint, or submission step, and the site does not put these values into URLs.
The calculator does not save inputs in cookies, local storage, or session storage. Values remain in the current page state; your browser may independently restore page state through its own features. You do not need to provide an API key or personal information to use the calculator.
Analytics and third-party scripts
This inventory describes the scripts included in the current site. A planned integration is not an active integration.

We keep this inventory aligned with the deployed site. If Google Analytics is enabled later, we will describe the measurements, cookie behavior, retention settings, and available choices before activation. Calculator input values and results must remain excluded from analytics events.
Cookies and browser storage
The current h3max application does not set cookies or use browser storage for calculation, analytics, or advertising. Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to retain; the calculator does not need them.
If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. Analytics can also transmit measurement data without cookies. Neither behavior is enabled in this version. See Google's Analytics cookie documentation.
You can inspect, block, or remove cookies through your browser's settings. Blocking cookies does not affect the calculator's local arithmetic. Cloudflare may use security cookies when a security challenge is required; these are separate from the calculator and are not used to store its inputs.
Reserved section: future third-party advertising
If we enable AdSense in the future, we will update this section. The site currently displays no third-party ads and includes no AdSense code.
Before enabling advertising, we will identify the vendors, explain the information they receive and their use of cookies or similar technologies, and describe applicable consent and advertising choices. Google's requirements describe how advertising cookies may be used and how people can control personalized advertising; see AdSense privacy-policy requirements.
Page delivery and external links
Local calculation does not mean that browsing a website creates no network traffic. Your browser requests the page, stylesheet, and calculator script from the host. A hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, and device or network information, to deliver and protect the site. These page requests do not contain calculator inputs.
Cloudflare Pages delivers this static site and provides its network and security services. Cloudflare processes technical request information under its own policies; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We have not enabled visitor analytics or configured a separate application database or request-log archive. Cloudflare's own operational retention is governed by its policies.
Source links lead to independently operated websites. Following a link allows that destination to receive a normal page request and apply its own privacy practices. Opening a source link does not send your calculator settings or results to that source.

For privacy questions, the intended contact is hello@aitvcost.com. This email address is a placeholder and must be confirmed before public launch.
If you contact us by email after the address is active, your message and sender details will be processed to respond to your request. That information is separate from using the calculator.
We will update this policy when the site's data practices change and revise the date at the top. You can also review our data sources and calculation methodology or return to the cost calculator.
